I am considering dropping MAT1503. The text book they suggest does not even begin to help you with the assignments. I am struggling to do assignment 3, it is more than half way through March and I still have no contact details for my tutors. The most futile waste of time is trying to phone UNISA - they simply do not answer. I have emailed one Sherina Balmakund as she dealt with my last complaint on - but she just does not respond at all. I have never encountered such a dismal lack of service in my life - and i have had 44 years of bad service living in South Africa. This has been, without exception, the worst experience of my life.
