Feedback Requested for Honours Registration

Over the past 2 months I have written numerous e-mails to both the Economics Honours Admissions Department and the International Department and unfortunately, have received no feedback to date. I have also tried to contact both departments telephonically more times than I can keep track of. So far I have only successfully managed to get through once and the person on the other end of the line confirmed my application and payment of the minimum amount requested. He also informed me that there was a backlog and said that he would attempt to promote my case as I am an international student.

I urgently require feedback on these points:

1.) Will my application to register for an Honours Course be accepted or declined?
2.) If it is declined what will happen with my credit of R11, 760.00
3.) If I am accepted, what will happen regarding the 1st Semester course I attempted to register for and subsequently, what effect will this have on the 2nd Semester Course.
4.) Concurrent to point 3.) What are the financial implications regarding the fees I have already paid, if I am unable to do one or both of the above courses this year.
