I paid an amount of R1050 for my kid being in this creche for and a half days. The owner refuses to give my money back or at least part of it. She also ignored my request for CCTV footage of the second day of school as my baby came home with swollen eyes from crying for a long time. when i told her i would come to you for help she suggested i give you her number, as she is not scared. i would like some help in getting my money back< as it is totally unreasonable to pay R1050 for day and a half. She also mentioned going to her board for meetings, she is the owner of the creche.
