No response from the Department

Ornessa Cassim student number:45931054. I have requested a refund of R11000.00 that I have paid to Unisa on the 26/02/2013. I have not recieved any information to say that they are busy with my claim or that they have recieved my claim form. I have been trying since last week trying to get anybody to assist me with no joy, they have got to be the worst education institute I have ever had to deal with. No one answers their lines and I have tried every possible way to get hold of them with no satisfaction. Have tried 012 429 2441/4299/2774/3514/3856/2696/8891/2629 and can you believe none answer and if you call the customer center it is even worse. Try talking to someone for 30min that tells you to call the same numbers that you were calling for a whole week. Can they please give me some feedback or I will have to do the same as the other complaints and refer the matter to my attorneys to claim back my money.
