It my sencond time complaining on Hello Pieter regarding INTEC service - We struggle for months no to cancel bith my and my fiance's studies because of my pregnancy - I ask for cancelation on both because I am paying the aand can afford our medical costs and our studies - they just don't understand - we are still sending 1000 of mails aand we only hear from then near month end when they must collect money - We enroll in last year 2012 November and still its not SORTED - I phoned again on Friday spoke to a lady ask her that Melvin (the guy that was supposed to help us beter) MUST phone me ASAP it Monday and I am still waiting - INTEC must sort this before month end - I am really fed up with this
