I think everyone is irate for the same reasons.
UNISA NEEDS TO STOP CUTTING COSTS AND EMPLOY SOME CALL CENTRE AGENTS AGAIN!
Clearly the current approach of sending an email to a certain address is not working as expected.
I have tried for the past week to request my academic results as I needed it to submit my bursary claim. I received a response to complete a form, which I did and returned it to the same address. 3 days have passed and I have not received anything. I tried calling numerous numbers listed on the contact list but non ever pick up?
The process at Unisa needs to seriously be looked at.
There are already over a thousand complaints with regards to this process. Unisa seems to just ignore these and continue their daily activities. Seems more like an institution that is interested in profit more than growing the knowledge, skills and expertise of the workforce in South Africa.
