My study Material was still sent to the old address. When I addressed this directly with UNISA in Jhb branch, I was told there was nothing they could do and I had to deal with Dispatch which is only Pretoria or Florida, If not I was told to keep calling till someone answers which I had been doing from the day before (I was exhausted of UNISA!) On top of that I was told I would have to pay for the material being sent back to the right address. This morning I attempt once again and eventualy a ladie by the name of Lorraine answered the phone I camly explained my dillema and she was a breath of fresh air, she had a look and said to me she will transport the material back to the rightful address and it will take about 5 days. In the meantime she looked through and noticed I had an assignment that was due today which she advise is an online assignment, that I could complete through My UNISA. I was so pleased with this much neededinformation. I had problems Logging on to My UNISA she assisted me all the way and conference Called Billy @ the MY UNISA dept who help me access my UNISA. I managed to submit the assignment. Thank you so Much Lorraine and Billy you are the Hope at UNISA.
