My son did his trade on 1st and 2nd of March 2021. He did not as yet got his trade certificate. When he inquired the trade certificate was send to Durban office - why we don't know as he did not write or stay in KZN. Emails from your office between Durban and JHB blaming each other but in the meantime my son can not get employment without the certificate. We urgently need the certificate as this is unacceptable. If the certificate can not be found then another original need to be issued. If this is not resolved within a week - 18/10/2022, I will go to the OMBUDS to sort this out as this is unacceptable
