As moderator of the learner files know that the learners have met all the HWSETA requirements for the Community Health Care Worker course. Since submission for verification, we have had no positive outcome from HWSETA. A year after submission we were informed that there were system changes: the system is still not functioning properly and also they had policy changes which had me changing Moderation document formats over the December to February months that followed. The then-employer stated that he had never seen such good moderator documents and yet it is now two years later and still no verification.
The sad part is that most of our learners are from the disadvantaged population of our country where financial supporters have loaned money for the studies and due to HWSETA's incompetence, these learners will not reach employment status.
