No feedback / response using UNISA email or sms

I registered for my subjects on line 5 December 2012. I paid my minimum payment due on 3 January 2013, usually when I've paid my minimum payments I was registered practically the next day, but now my registration is still in progress and I'm worried that something has gone wrong. But there is simply no way of knowing since you can't phone them and they simply dont respond to the email or sms enquiries.
