I sent multiple requests to make contact from the website. I tried calling and didn't get through and have now sent a few emails. I received a response saying I would be called when the person got a chance or that I could call them - not a problem per say but frustrating because they website says to request a free call back etc etc. I emailed a specific list of the courses I am interested in doing and asked for fees on them and registration instructions. I have yet to receive a response. This is most frustrating as I am actually very eager to do these courses through Skills Academy but am concerned about registering now as what if I cannot make contact as a student if I require assistance or turn in assignments? I had horrible experiences with Damelin Correspondence in the past and do not want a repeat of that.
All I want is a bit more information on the courses I am interested that I cannot get off of the internet, such as the fee structure and registration process??
