What happened was that i was on learnership in 2004-2005 contact centre nqflevel4 but we were never issued out certificates i was told my results from outlearning were never submitted tried contacting outlearning but the numbers don't exist i then I reported this issue on the 27 September 2013 to Godfrey Mataboge he then forward it to his manager and there was no respond then on the 28 October 2013 i did a follow up my issue was forwardede to Thembile untill today im still waiting for feedback.
