I'm so dissapointed

I've been to Unisa university at the sunnyside campus who knows how many times already. I've been standing in those ques countless times just to retur with no service what so ever.

First time I went to unisa there was a problem with my degree that I studied for at TUT. They had to send it in for approval for me to be able to study for a pbsc.

Half a year passed and nothing happend. I went to unisa again. Now they had to search for all my stuff again. Finally they found it! Once again I wasn't helped. I was just send from on que to the next. It took me another day just to achieve nothing. The email adres I received for assistance isn't even working.

I tried registering online with my student number. Not even that is working properly as It keeps on telling me application unsuccesful documents not found.

How many years does it take before I am able to study at 'south africa's biggest university'? This is really unacceptable as this is now affecting my future!

How are we as South Africans able to better our future's if universities doesn't assist us to educate our selfs?
