In 2012 my daughter did her matrick through Impak, I phoned them in January for the registratio fees, they comunicated with me, stating that the amount is R3500 this would include her book fees exam fees ect, After woods I found out that they charged me R500 extra, did not make a fass out of it.
Then when the time came for her books it awas late, we had to run a round like mad people trying to get that sorted out. I only got her books in the middle of Feb, then they had changed the sylabus alradey 3 times, we were confused, after e-mailing them and phoning a hel of lot of times they confirmed that she can continue on the old work, she was instructed to concitrade on.
We did so, then the next bopm they wanted us to attend a urgent meeting in Pretoria, we had to leave at 5 in the morning to be there bfore 8, got there they wer late, in the meeting we were told that there has been a delay in the results for the 2011 matrick end exam, but we don't have to stress to much as they were sorting it out with the department. Till now I don't think they resolved it.
When the June exams started, my daughter got 4 sestintions, I was so proud of her, we send it through
