A sales agent visited me and explained to me how the JSE- learner/simulation program work. I decided to cancel my contract and notify them and returned my unopened, undamaged, in tact package within my cooling off period
(They returned the package back to me which I did not accept. They told me I must keep the package or
we will send the package back and forth, I must accept it)
After numerous phone calls, they never returned my calls to confirm cancellation and refund.
Till today, verbally confirmed and I must pay 10% administration and handling fees and the visit from the sales agent The price is R20000-00 so they will keep my deposit
