I had a financial block on my student account and I was told to make a payment arangement at the university and once i do so, I'll be able to view my academic record. I did make the payment arangement but was still unable to view my academic record. I called into the finance department to try and enquire on this matter, and not one financial officer answered their phone. I tried continuously for over an hour to get a hold of someone, to no avail. Eventually when my call was answered the person on the other side of the phone, dropped the phone in my ear three times over and still did not help me after i had to call her back everytime she dropped the phone in my ear! I found this extremely unprofessional and plain rude. Nothing new from the staff at Uj Kingsway.
