I am very disappointed with the Finance Department at UNISA. 2 of my modules (LADLORD & SDSGC0D) for 2013 were cancelled due to finances outstanding. This has been paid and I've tried contacting them on the landlines 012 429 2441/2341 but with no success. Nobody ever answers the phone. I've also emailed them more than once but have not yet had any response. This happened last year as well with one of my modules (EDAHOD5) which was completed but after the final results came out it reflected FINANCIAL CANCELLATION on my academic record. I can't even get assistance to just find out how this can be rectified and if an amount should be paid for the results to reflect on my academic record. How can one get assistance??? This is terrible!!! No one is able or willing to help at UNISA if it's not within their department of service. Please get your things in order. We pay for a service!!
