NO ONE ANSWERS THEIR PHONES

I applied to my a postgrad certificate earlier this year.
I have yet to hear anything back from them. I have tried to phone for about 2 weeks. All the numbers constantly ring with absolutely no answer.
This is ridiculous. I need to know if I am been accepted or not. No emails, no post. no nothing.
Does no one work there??
