Registration not confirmed 14 w/days late

I registered for 4 modules on 13 December '13 and my employer made full fees payment on 9 January '13 with proof of payment provided. To date (29 January '13) my registration status still reflects as "Temporarily registered". Please assist - if i can at least access the study material on myUnisa I'd be happy.
