Unisa delay in processing payments

I registered for 5 modules on 13 January '14 and my employer made full fees payment on 21 January '14 with proof of payment provided. To date (27 January '14) my registration status still reflects as "Temporarily registered". Please assist - I've unfortunately had the exact same challenge last year.
