I have contacted Damelin CC on many occasions they have been absolutely incompetent. They have not forwarded my certification of results since 2011 and refused to assist me in obtaining it stating they need a proof of payment. I had advised them that this payment had been made from an overseas bank account which is now closed in 2010. My father was responsible for payment and he had done so as they had requested. Documents stating if payment had not been made my application to write their exams would not be forwarded to Cambridge University to write their HIGCSE exams. When asked how could I have written the exams without making payment the consultant advises me that "you can pay after the exams"! The sheer incompetence is blood curdling as the documents stipulate the need for the payment to be made above all else! Stay Away from this company's services like the Plague! They cannot even conform to their own rules and regulations made in the documents forwarded by THEM! Take the responsibility of your study to another college as the incompetence is utterly disappointing!
