UNISA BAD SERVICE AGAIN!!!

I would hereby like to load a FORMAL COMPLAINT on Hello Peter regarding UNISA AGAIN!!! Because they do not even have a complaints department - wonder why!!!.. I have been trying to get someone at Unisa head office (PTA), VAAL TRIANGLE, DAVEYTON to assist me in giving me some sort of confirmation on what NQF level I am currently on. I have been phoning NON STOP since this morning 9 am until now the following numbers (012) 441-5533, (012) 4415351, (012) 441-5592, (012) 429-3111, (012) 441-5888, (012) 441-5700. I got through to ONE person who gave me the extentions of Supervisors in Registration (012) 441-5592 for MOOBI WB, (012 441-5523 for MS NAIDOO and MS SEADI (012) 441-5334 there is no answer, all their phones just ring!!! I then phoned VAAL TRIANGLE and spoke to SIPHO NDISA on (016) 455-6300 he could also not assist me as he thinks Unisa is busy with maintenance AGAIN. I then asked him to put me through to his Superiors (Manager / Supervisor) - he could not do it as they are all not there until the 4th of November! So who is managing the staff!!! I need someone to contact me NOW otherwise I will take this to the Consumer Rights Commission. Ms Yolandi Camps contact
