I registered on the 2nd of January and paid on the 15th of January. I have not been registered as yet, as it says pending. I am worried because I need to submit assignments as soon as possible and get books. I have sent emails, sms, made calls to the University to no avail. The new system they have put in place is a complete failure.
They need to accept defeat and look at a new strategy, they should consult lecturers who work with strategic management and I am sure they can fix this mess. Making poor decisions is not a problem but not coming up with a remedy then means defeat. Lets fix this mess and make Unisa what it was before they closed the contact centre.
