I find it ridiculous that they can not refund monies. I accidentally paid an incorrect beneficiary which ended up being Intec College. The refund was requested end of April 2013. Upon following up the 90 day refund policy was motioned, but no written or signed policy could be provided to proof this ridiculous statement. Monthly email follow ups and telephone follow ups and still nothing. You are not allowed to speak to management they are never available and never phone back either. When I got hold of one of the managers in the accounts department, calling herself only Vera, treated me like due to the fact that they can not prove this policy nor could she assist me in anyway.
Weekly fights, became monthly fights. Todays excuse...
Our phones dont work so no manager will be able to assist you...
How does this company operate? Now i know how pathetic they are as well.
