Contact numbers a serious failure

I am really frustrated at the fact that UNISA provides you with all these contact details but you can never get through not to one person even their text options dont work.

First of all my registration went through late due to these same issues i could not complete my online registration and trying to call the contact centre to find out why there was a error when trying to register online but to no avail.

I am now trying to change my semesters as
1. Registration went through late
2. There are assignments that are were due already and second semester did not even start
3. Study material received end August but assignments were due 05th August
4. the module EUP is online and i am having difficulty with the software.

Please could someone assist me in getting the semester changed as i dont want to lose out on the money i have paid, but feel that everything is just being rushed.
