I am extremely unhappy with the service I get from Unisa all the time, no one ever comes back to you when you send an emal, on the 9th July I sent an email regarding one of the module EUP1501, which they say I failed and I fail to understand how that is so, especially when I know of other students that did less work than I did and yet they passed the module. Someone need to look into that asap.
and every semester my study material get sent to the wrong address and I have to chase up their dispatch department that does not even answer their phone, why can't someone from Unisa be dedicated to chase this up on behalf of student???
I will post my complaints on social media everyday as of today until someone get back to me...
