I am a south african living in Qatar. In 2012 i registered with UNISA and received my student number (53445880). The only thing outstanding for me to start a course was submitting my supporting documents and a fee of R100, which i did about 3 weeks ago. I have not received any responses ever since
I emailed UNISA last week and received a useless response. I have also tried to query about a few courses via email yesterday and it shows that "Delivery to following recepient failed completely". What the is this. Their customer services are pathetic.
I am so worried as the registration date might be over and i will not be able to start my course
