Saving the company from a sure complaint

After switching from N3 NTC to N1 NTC some of the call centre staff gave me the run around trying to get my new books from them, this after i had returned the books i received to them by hand in one day. I waited longer than a month and was about to do a complaint when Baletsa helped me. She got a grip of everyone involved and ensured that an issue that took more than a month to resolve was resolved in two days.

Great work and great attitude from Baletsa, a real pleasure to deal with someone who wants to help their client.
