After switching from N3 NTC to N1 NTC some of the call centre staff gave me the run around trying to get my new books from them, this after i had returned the books i received to them by hand in one day. I waited longer than a month and was about to do a complaint when Baletsa helped me. She got a grip of everyone involved and ensured that an issue that took more than a month to resolve was resolved in two days.
