There is nothing more frustrating than trying to get a simple response from Unisa. The scrapping of the call centre is THE WORST IDEA in the history of worst ideas. They take an entire month to respond to a simple email query, and an urgent one at that.
I'm trying to sort out a couple of things and I need them sorted before Semester 2 registration closes, but past experience makes me panic because by the time they respond to any of my emails it will be a month later.
I need an invoice or statement so that my company can pay for my Semester 2 fees, and I don't want to wait a month for that, so can someone respond to my query asap.
I also need to get my qualification amended, but the person I was dealing with seems to have disappeared off the face of the earth, they don't even answer their office phones.
