I registered for this semester's modules last week but I can't get the payment info to complete the registration. Myunisa shows me as owing nothing and the Mylife UNISA e-mail system is always down so I can't see the payment info or if the university is trying to tell me something.
Additionally, I have not received any response to my query about the warning I received that my qualification (open BA 02038 GE1) is being phased out. I don't want to pay the semester fees for nothing. The PDF to which I was directed, (myModules-Unisa-2014.pdf) mentions nothing on the subject and neither does any other source I can find.
What I need:
I need to have the details of payment (account number to favour, reference number etc.) sent to my e-mail address: [Email Removed] as well as ALL future correspondence because the mylife e-mail system does not work at all. I also need an answer to the query about the phasing out of 02038 because it will take me until midway through 2015 to complete the qualification so it is urgent that I am informed on this matter.
