Years and years of problems

I cancelled my studies at DCC due to wrong study material sent to me. When it came to the refunding process I have dealt with no less than 20 student advisers. Now there is a supervisor helping me but it doesn't seem like she knows whats exactly going on. I have been waiting for my refund since Feb 2011
