College does corporate courses, when college is busy and student are at college, we are thus placed in a classroom for about 6 people with about 3 pc (Hence this is an IT college thus unable to do any work) There are about 18 students. First term was just planned for Microsoft Office, it dragged to 3rd term. I didn't go to college for Microsoft Office. I did that in school.
Lectures are not prepared for classes, they mostly are only given notice the morning before, thus lecturer doesn't know what going on. I changed my course, college said it was no issues and that they would provide the classes I needed. I am still waiting for those classes to be arrange. I thought college would give a deeper understanding of IT but only the very basics were taught.
Book for exams at 9am, the lady shows up at about 10:30am. I was meant to complete my course last year but was unable to write due to issues they were having, its 2013, I'm still not qualified, and is only able to write exams after 28 Jan 2013. I want my money back. This course was not worth R55 000.
College promised students after the course they will be placed with jobs in corporate companies, this has not happened.
