After-Care Lost my son Three Times

Last Friday, late afternoon, I received a please call me from an unknown number. I do not normally call them back, but instinct told me that I should, and luckily I did. I was greeted my 7-year-old son in tears because he was still at school at 4.30 pm, bearing in mind that he finished his tennis lesson at 2.15 that afternoon. This means that he had gone unnoticed by the after-care for over two hours, and nobody was watching him and even worse still, nobody contacted me until he went to one of the security guards for help. Luckily he knew my cell phone number otherwise I just wouldn't have been made aware to the situation. This is not the first time that something like this has happened under the "care" of the Honey-bird staff. It is in fact the third time which is completely ridiculous. And to add insult to injury, Heather from Honey-bird contacted me to apologise but ended up trying to excuse the situation saying that: 'It's only the second time this has happened.' How is that an acceptable justification when something like this shouldn't have happened in the first place?! I am disgusted with this treatment and have removed my child from this facility.
