Hi there

I am very angry about incompetency and inefficiency of staff and systems at unisa. I successfully submitted my assignment 2 a week before the closing date on myunisa website (05.04 2013) only to realise after the closing that it did not go through. The requested me to resubmit but the closing date had come and gone and to make matters i only realised that on the 19th of April, whereupon I resubmitted. After submitting now the system told me that my assignment was late. Tried to take it up with Sarah Smith, but to no avail. I have been awaiting my result with bated breath but nothing is forthcoming. What worries me is every other student had their results released for two weeks now.

May I please have feedback as soon as possible.
