I contracted Exclusive Carports to build me a carport at my house in Langa, Zone 15 No.24, Langa in October 2012.
It should be noted that for the project there is a one year guarantee which has not elapsed. On Sunday night 24 March 2013 the gutters of the carport were blown away by a strong gale winds which were prevailing at the time. I managed to gather all the loose pieces of gutters and put them in the yard. I called Exclusive Carports on Monday morning 25 March 2013 and I spoke to a lady by the name of Charlotte. She promised me that she will relaty the matter to the building guys and theh will come to my house on the day and if not on Tuesday morning 26 March 2013. Nobody came to my house on Tuesday and I called the company again and Charlotte told me that she has spoken to Craig on Monday already. I called Craig on Tuesday while I was still at work and he told me he was on his way. I got home he told me he is coming and later on the day I calle twice he did not pick up and he responded by an sms that he is on his way and he did not, and up until today nothing. Please I am pleading for your intervention Peter, this is not the first time that the carport was damaged.
