Ordered SteelHut from Rhino Steelhouses. Team who erected Steelhut were "professional & polite" and I had no problem with their workmanship. After erection, the team leader told me that they would be back in January with paint to patch up where they had scratched the structure while erecting. On my husbands return home, he noticed that the structure was put together very poorly. The steel was VERY thin, sharp nails sticking out, edges jagged, no sealant and not according to the specs quoted. The glass Co. who put in the windows battled because of the thinness. We tried to contact Annette immediately but company had closed. In January we made contact asking for a QUOTE {we were happy to pay} for them to come & reinforce the structure so that we could put in shelving. No replies to emails or phone messages. I personally spoke to her son who told me their structures come bubble wrapped. OURS DID NOT. We have made NUMEROUS attempts to contact Annette. Today after 2 days of rain, I went into the structure to tumble dry the washing only to find that the structure was FLOODED and items in the structure were damaged. We immediately tried to contact Rhino- NO ANSWER &NO RESPONSE!
