Disgusted at the service at this depot. On Monday 9/12/2013 I received info of account to do an EFT. The funds are still in the Builders warehouse system and can apparently not be found. A fax confirming payment were faxed on Monday to the depot as instructed by them. Yesterday 11/12/2013 four faxes were sent on request from BW. They said they did not receive anything. I drove to the depot with confirmation document. On arrival an employee heard my conversation with a Mr Veli and took a fax I sent from a pile of books which were there all the time. I have to pay building crews who cannot do anything whithout material. This is not acceptable and and Builders warehouse staff does not seem interested in resolving this issue. No funds available yet and cannot place an order which will again take up to two days to deliver like previous order. This was done that I don't have to move around with large amounts of cash and it was the worst route to take. Do not do EFT to this company you will have endless troubles.
