Levenbach Roofing came to my house to look at a number of problems which I have with my roof. After a few days they provided me with a quote and a number of options. The man who handled this aspect of it was excellent. Knowledgable, friendly and able to work in my budgetary concerns.
I accepted the quote by fax and heard and saw nothing. After 2 weeks I contacted them and they said that they would contact me regarding starting the work.
In the meantime my whole garage roof has given in and I would have liked them to do that too - making a more lucrative contract for them - but after a month I have heard absolutely nothing and another company are to start work on it today.
This is really not the way to treat first-time customers who need lots of friendly reassuring contact as well as protection from the rain.
