Please save yourself a lot of money and headaches and don't use Anwaaz Bent. He ripped my flat apart and then there was one excuse after another... result- I was homeless for 6 months and lost R80 000. And I'm only one. He has done this to several others, with even bigger projects and more. Should he have done the same to you please contact me on 082 442 9904 as we are working to get a criminal case solidified against this 'builder'.
