Called Plumbing 247 at 13:20 for an emergency plumbing issue. Heard from the plumber at 3pm to say he was stuck in traffic and would arrive in half an hour. Eventually at 17:00 (4 hours after my call) he called to say he was close and needed directions.By 17:55 I called him again and he said his office would call me. When the office did call they said they could not get hold of their plumber and that they had no one else to send to assist me. Do not adertise as a 24/7 plumber if you dont have the staff to help people
Really disgusted with their service. Actually you cannot call it service as its none existent. People do not use this company in an emergency as they will not arrive.
