Deposit Paid, gutters not installed "hoodwinked'

A Harry contacted my father telephonically from number 071 178 5927. A business agreement was discussed on the 6th of July 2012 and confirmed to have gutters and down pipes installed.

My father was quoted over all R12 500, he got discount and paid a deposit of R3400 on the 6th July 2012 by cheque.

To no avail, empty promises kept, excuses made by Harry, phone not always in use. Harry mentioned either stock not available, machinery broken or too busy with other clients. Confirms business dates but never turns up.

A police case will officially be opened regarding the matter, as ample time has been given to install the gutters.
There are other people out there that are experiencing the same problems regarding Harry / Universal Contractors I do hope that somehow we can get together, and resolve this, so we can avoid this happening to other people.
