Awnmaster Cape erected a Chromadek Master Port with ceiling during October 2010. As soon as it rained, water leaked through the ceiling into the living area. Since then I have been in contact with them to resolve the issue to the point where the staff and the owner avoids my calls. I have been patient and polite this entire time. The fascia board is unsightly and drips annoyingly over the doorway to the pool and is also exposed to the neighbours, who are not impressed since this is an upmarket estate.
The after sales service is pathetic and I would not recommend them to anyone.
