A new kitchen was installed in September 2013. The area by the basis and the counter join was not sealed properly by Wonder Designs at installation. As per usual and like I have used my kitchens for the past 30 years we have washed up and used the basin area for the intention is made. We now AFTER 5 MONTHS have severe water damage on the entire unit and doors. After pleading with Wonder Designs to come and have a look they finally arrived only to tell me its my problem and basically shrugged me off. Since then I have asked and asked and asked them in writing to advise me what their intentions are only to recieve three weeks later no response at all. Today I call the office to talk to the owner Cyril only to have the phone put down in my ear. I ask you after 5 months should an entire kitchen unit be replaced!!! If I was bathing in the basinI would agree but normal use common? Be carefull guys - they preach "after sales service" where there is none. The matter is now going to the consumer council and the likes. The attitude of Wonder Designs is nothing short of pathetic!
