For service and reliability, go elsewhere!!

6 months after Fibreline renovated my Koi ponds I noticed the fibreglass lining starting to separate from the wall and alerted them of the problem. Another six months passed and the problem became quite pronounced. I asked for immediate assistance to limit the damage as the water from the fountain now could get in behind the fibreglass and worsen the problem.

Werner promised to fix this first thing in the new year (2013). After many phone calls he finally arrived mid-Feb. The fibreglass now has a HUGE problem - this could all have been avoided had he responded to my first request almost a year ago.

Suddenly he now expects me to pay for the labour and material (so much for the 15 year guarantee)!! In all the many conversation I've had with him these recent demands conveniently only surfaced yesterday! The tenant at this property is now at the end of his patience (understandably) and I as the landlord have an obligation to fix the problem ASAP. Werner knows this and is trying to use the urgency of the matter (which he created) to force me into paying for something he is responsible for.

Be warned: these guys are extremely unethical & their so-called guarantees are worthless!
