Disgustingly bad service to say the least. I hope no one ever has the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with Werner or Fibre line.
Our pool was redone 4 years ago . 3 years later the material used is literally peeling off the walls. We have been trying to resolve this quality issue with FL for almost a year now - after hundreds of avoided phone calls & messages left for Werner, He eventually sent us a email that we had been waiting for 4 months for. He basically said that we cannot accept responsibility for our bad workmanship - should we want him to fix his own! @# ups we must pay R7500 cash up front (bwhahahah).
What a joke!!!
