I bought a pool from them with a 5 Year guarantee. It start leaking half a pool every second day. I suffered for months on end to get them back at my place to come and fix it. I had damp wall on the inside of my house because of it as well as all the paving around the pool started to collapse. The only way I got them back at my house again was to ask for a heated pool system, which they install after I had to force them to come and do something about the holes in the fibreglass. It became apparent that there was a lot of degrading of the fibreglass allover the pool. He send a subcontractor to come and redo the fibreglass and paint it. I was upset with paying for a decent coloured pool which was one of the benefits with cleaning and algae sitting on it as well as the smooth surface and the colour, to now end up with a different shade of blue, a rougher texture and a painted pool with all the maintenance to it with out any reimbursement. Now not even a year after the paint job, with my pool not nearly out of his 5 Year warranty all the paint is blocking my creepy and my weirs, and filters, just peeling off in strips. I phoned Karin about two months ago and they just never attend.
