I had an agreement with Susan Powrie (04/10/2012) that she would make me 120 invitations (40 Invite for my bridal shower and 80 invites for my wedding). I signed the quote and paid R 2360.00 and then she delivered the first 40 invitations for my bridal shower. On the 03rd of February 2013 she emailed me to ask if I still want 80 invites for the wedding and I told her that I want her to reduce the Quantity to 40 then we both agreed. Today (25/02/2013) she came to my work to deliver the 40 invitations so I asked her about the refund and she told me that by the time I told her that I wanted her to reduce the quantity she had already bought the material. She did not bring me the material she bought or that was left, she did not give me the refund because the minute I told her I wanted the quantity to be reduced she was suppose to work out my refund. I feel robbed because from the material that left from my invitation she'll make use of it and get more money. on the Quote nothing says if a person reduces the quantity after they paid they don't get a refund. Please help.
