Owners are never on site. and almost never have tools or correct staff

Had them to tile my house, and plaster my walls outside, they quoted 3 weeks, took them 4 months to complete the job, The owner was never on site, even saw them drinking in my yard, one saterday.
Never will i use them again. Besides them always sending different people every day, they would have to redo so much of the work that thet did. that they would even complain, that they quoted to little.
