On 25 September 2015 I phoned Plumber Pretoria East after my geyser has burst. I was told that somebody would be at my premises within an hour who only arrived 3 hrs later. The quote was given and I had to pay the full amount before they authorize the replacement. I had to pay and late afternoon they finished, got invoiced and was told that my plumbers report will be provided by Monday. I queried why the geyser seemed to be more expensive than most websites, I was told that is the price the manager made. I specifically requested the temperature to be set at 56C. During this process, I discovered this is actually AAA Plumbing advertising under various names. Every time you phone, they don't transfer you, but you get called back. The water temp is too low and water is luke warm within 5 minutes.
Since Monday I have been phoning every day and till today I don't have my plumbing report/damage report in order to finalise my insurance claim. Since Tuesday, been promised somebody will phone me back and never happens. Today the switchboard lady is rude and tell the customer service will phone back - refuse to put me through. If you google AAA Plumbing - there are only complains
