Nasty, Foul-Mouthed and Ineffective

AAA personnel are nasty, foul-mouthed price-gougers. We had no hot water, so we phoned AAA. They sent out a plumber and an electrician who charged us R1300, but did not fix the problem. When I phoned back to complain, I was told, by someone called Pam, to stop "king phoning under the wrong name", even though I explained that I was phoning on behalf of my husband. Then she slammed the phone down.

We got another electrician, who fixed the problem in an hour, charged us R700, and told us that what AAA had done was unnecessary, and had nothing to do with the real problem.

I will never use AAA again. They are absolutely awful.
